Overview: MRI Technologist – Full-Time Location: West Ashley Diagnostic, 1975-H Magwood Road, Charleston, SC 29414 Why You’ll Love This Role: • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000–$15,000 • Flexible Schedule: 12 PM–8 PM (adjustable hours) • No Weekends – Enjoy Your Time Off! • Setting: Outpatient imaging center • Relocation Assistance About the Role: We’re seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at West Ashley Diagnostic. This position offers a great work-life balance, competitive pay, and a supportive environment focused on patient care. Responsibilities: • Perform MRI scans accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and comfort. • Review patient data, physician requests, and select optimal scanning parameters. • Screen patients for contraindications and prepare them for procedures. • Administer contrast agents per regulations and monitor patient status throughout. • Review images for diagnostic quality and archive according to guidelines. • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all procedures and patient data. • Ensure equipment functionality, perform preventive maintenance, and manage workflow effectively. • Deliver exceptional patient care and clear instructions; uphold MedQuest Best Customer Service standards. • Comply with MedQuest policies, OSHA, and all regulatory requirements. • Participate in quality assurance, continuing education, and cross-training as needed. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols. • Perform other duties as assigned. #ZR Qualifications: Education: • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program • ARRT registered with advanced registry in MRI • Must complete required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active • Active state licensure, where applicable • CPR Certification is required Prior Experience: • 0+ years of experience as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist, required • 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist, preferred Special Qualifications: • IV skills required • Knowledge of MRI procedures and standards • Demonstrate adequate knowledge of anatomy • Skill in operation of MRI equipment • Customer service background and focus Company Message: About MedQuest Imaging Founded in 1996, MedQuest is one of the most experienced outpatient imaging providers in the United States.
