Job Title Graphic Designer / Presentation Designer to Rebuild HUTS Client Presentations in Pitch Job Description HUTS is looking for a graphic designer / presentation designer to help us rebuild our standard client meeting presentations in Pitch. These are the presentations we use throughout our client process. They are not brand decks or marketing decks. They are practical, client-facing working presentations that help guide meetings, communicate ideas clearly, and keep projects moving. Right now, these presentations exist as InDesign files exported as PDFs. We’re looking for someone who can rebuild them in Pitch so they are editable, organized, visually consistent, and easy for our team to use in live client meetings. There are approximately 8 standard presentations to rebuild. We already have the content, structure, and visual direction. We need someone who can carefully translate these presentations into Pitch while following HUTS’ brand guidelines, type settings, and layout standards. What you’ll be doing Rebuild approximately 8 existing HUTS client presentations in Pitch Use current InDesign/PDF presentations as source material Follow HUTS brand guidelines, typography, and presentation standards Preserve consistency across all decks so they feel like part of one system Make the presentations clean, legible, and easy for our team to edit and present from Thoughtfully adapt layouts where a direct translation from PDF to Pitch does not make sense Set up files in a way that supports repeated internal use, not just one-time delivery What we’re looking for Strong graphic design and presentation design skills Experience working in Pitch Excellent typography, layout, and systems thinking Ability to work within an existing design language with precision A strong eye for clarity and hierarchy in client-facing presentations Detail-oriented and organized Able to build presentations that feel polished but still practical and usable A strong fit would be someone who Has experience rebuilding presentations from InDesign, PDF, or other static formats into presentation software Understands the difference between a marketing deck and a working client presentation Can create a clean, repeatable system across multiple decks Communicates clearly and flags issues when a layout needs to be rethought rather than copied literally We will provide: Existing PDF presentations HUTS brand guidelines Type settings and formatting standards Direction on how the presentation system should work in Pitch To apply Please send: A few examples of presentation design work Any relevant Pitch work A short note about your experience translating existing presentations into editable systems A quick sentence on how you approach consistency across a family of decks Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
