If you love client relationships, thrive in structure, and get energy from helping schools succeed, we want to meet you.What We’re Looking For:We’re seeking our next Client Manager (CM)—a remote, client-facing role that ensures Montessori schools get the world-class service and results they deserve. This is a full-time, work-from-anywhere position supporting a portfolio of schools. The right candidate is highly systems-driven, organized, and process-oriented. You love details, follow-through, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You bring calm, clarity, and strategy to every client interaction and take pride in helping school leaders feel supported and confident in their marketing. Salary & Growth Opportunities:Starting salary: $1,400/monthYou’ll be matched with a portfolio of Montessori schools to support consistentlyFull training in our systems, with mentorship from experienced team leadsEvaluations based on attention to detail, client satisfaction, and consistent follow-throughFuture Opportunities: We’re growing quickly.
