Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Contract Recruiter to join their Team based in our MidAmerica Division, (Overland Park, Kansas) Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region. Must reside in the Kansas City/ Metro area. • *Responsibilities:** The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings. • *HealthTrust Offers:** Highly Competitive Compensation Packages Pay Ranges from $35.00-$40.00 per hour 401k Savings and Retirement Program Weekly Pay Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) • *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** 2+ years proven track record of success in high-volume, sales/production recruiting environment in hospital healthcare - recruiting experienced RNs (Medical- Surgical, ICU, ER, etcetera) and PCTs Experience with ATS/ CMS systems Experience recruiting positions for hospitals - understanding of healthcare terminology Critical thinking capabilities Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to work well independently and within a team environment Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
