Discord & Telegram moderator ( brazil ) - Contract to Hire

Job description : To support the growth of one of our partners, we are looking for a Community Manager / Moderator (Games) based in Brazil (remote, full-time). The selected candidate will work directly with the client’s team to manage and grow their gaming community across Discord and Telegram. Role Overview The Community Manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and moderating the client’s community while ensuring alignment between player feedback and the game development team. Key Responsibilities -Community Management & Moderation: Manage and moderate communities on Discord and Telegram, ensuring a positive and rule-compliant environment. -Engagement: Interact daily with community members, respond to questions, and maintain active discussions. -Content Creation: Publish engaging content (posts, announcements, events, updates). -Community Growth: Support expansion through campaigns, collaborations, contests, and partnerships. -Feedback & Reporting: Collect community feedback and report insights to the development team. -Performance Tracking: Monitor community metrics and engagement performance. Requirements -Portuguese speaker -Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory and must be at a professional level -Minimum 2 years of experience in community management in the gaming industry -Strong experience with Discord and Telegram -Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming trends -Ability to track community metrics and interpret performance data -Understanding of crypto is a strong plus If this opportunity sounds exciting, please send your application (in English) along with your salary expectations.
