Remote Principal UI/UX Designer

In this role, you will take ownership of the visual and user experience design, ensuring a top-notch experience for the passionate music lovers who use our partner's application. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to bring innovative design ideas to life while maintaining the quality of the user experience across all platforms. Your design decisions will not only affect the user interface but also impact the overall satisfaction of our users. Responsibilities • Lead the visual and user-interface design for multiple platforms. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams. • Mentor team members in delivering high-quality designs. • Gather and implement user feedback effectively. • Conduct design reviews and iterate based on stakeholder input. • Manage end-to-end design processes from concept to execution. • Understand and address user problems with innovative solutions. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science, or related field. • At least 10 years of experience in UI/UX design. • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring. • Proficient in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite. • Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools. • Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving through design. • Excellent communication skills in English.
