Administrative Assistant / Office Manager
Full/Part-time position providing support for Wealth Management office. The Administrative Assistant will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently.
Positive work environment with 2 weeks paid vacation. Major holidays and birthdays off.
The Administrative Assistant must be polished and exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting senior staff. Attention to detail is extremely important.
Requirements
• Must have minimum of 2+ years of experience as an assistant, either an Executive level or Administrative level.
• Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and substantial work flow under pressure.
• Prepare financial files and provide key information to senior staff.
• Review and process financial account applications and documents.
• Answer executive phone lines professionally, promptly and efficiently.
• Must know Microsoft Office suite programs, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Candidate shall be able to prioritize, and shift between multiple and varied projects in pressured time-sensitive situations.
• Primary receptionist duties include answering phones, screening and transferring calls, & taking messages.
• Filing, faxing, copying, scanning, mail distribution, outgoing packages.
• Ordering and stocking of various office and related supplies.
This position plays a critical role in the success of a small financial services business. We believe in work/life balance; there is potential in career growth. Core office hours are Monday through Friday 9-4:30. Salary commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
Pay: $23.92 - $28.80 per hour
