Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Consumer Bankruptcy Data Entry Paralegal to join our legal support team. This role involves managing sensitive client information, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting legal processes in bankruptcy cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and experience with Best Case Bankruptcy Software. Responsibilities • Enter and update Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy client data accurately into Best Case Bankruptcy Software • Perform data collection and verify information for completeness and accuracy • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information at all times Requirements • Proven experience working data entry bankruptcy consumer cases of chapter 7 and chapter 13 • Proven experience with data entry in Consumer Bankruptcy cases • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and database management systems • Experience working with Best Case Bankruptcy Software • Excellent typing speed and accuracy for transcription and data entry tasks • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection and record-keeping • Ability to work independently while following established procedures This position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are highly valued.
