[Remote] Advisory Board: Patient Intake

Flowline Health builds AI agents that remove operational bottlenecks in healthcare, and they are seeking operators to join their Advisory Board for a new AI agent focused on patient intake. Advisors will influence workflow design and product decisions, leveraging their experience in managing patient intake processes. Responsibilities • Map real intake workflows from referral receipt through scheduled start of care • Identify where intake stalls due to missing data, eligibility, or system handoffs • Pressure-test what can be automated vs. what must stay human • Help define escalation paths when referrals are incomplete or delayed • Share hard-won lessons from running intake teams under growth pressure • Make warm introductions to organizations with high-volume intake operations Skills • Have owned or led patient intake, access, admissions, or referral operations • Operate in referral-driven environments where volume fluctuates and systems don't talk • Feel intake strain as volume increases, even when staffing grows • First-hand experience running intake workflows at scale • Familiarity with fax, referral portals, eligibility checks, and EHR re-entry • Clear opinions on where intake work breaks down • Comfort making tradeoffs between speed, accuracy, and compliance • Operator mindset focused on execution, not theory • Home health, or behavioral health experience is relevant Benefits • Bonus is based on contribution Company Overview • Flowline Health helps care teams do more with less.
