This includes providing excellent customer service, managing the day-to-day store operations, and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment for customers and employees. Additionally, the Senior Assistant Manager acts as a leader on the store team by coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating store team members Provide excellent customer service and lead by example in creating a positive shopping experience for each customer Manage inventory levels and ensure products are displayed in a professional and visually appealing manner Ensure a clean and safe shopping environment for customers and employees by maintaining store standards Monitor sales performance and implements strategies to achieve store goals Communicate with the Store Manager to ensure all store operations are running smoothly Act as the Store Manager in their absenceRequirements High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred 3+ years of retail management experience Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to perform effective problem-solving Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Passionate about the Hobby Lobby brand and the products we sell Apply! Your Future Starts HereDon't miss out on this exciting role.
