Healthcare RCM / Operations Consultant Partner for Workflow Automation Projects

I run a small engineering practice that builds custom systems for healthcare operations and revenue cycle workflows. Most of my work focuses on situations where operational workflows break down across systems or teams. These issues often show up as delays, rework, denials, or coordination problems that existing software doesn’t fully support. Common areas include: • Prior authorization workflows • Patient access and eligibility processes • Patient messaging and outreach systems • Transitions of care and follow-up coordination • Revenue cycle workflows where upstream decisions create downstream denials I’m looking to connect with experienced healthcare consultants who work directly with provider organizations and encounter these types of operational challenges with their clients. This is not a traditional consulting engagement. The goal is to build relationships with consultants who occasionally run into workflow problems where custom systems or decision logic layers may be needed.
