About the Team The Finance team is an embedded, trusted advisor to all functions at Alto and plays a key role in the continued development, refinement, and optimization of our business model. We proactively identify risks and opportunities, drive solutions to complex problems, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our stakeholders remain well informed and effective decision-makers. As the financial data leader you are naturally curious and excited to apply your analytical skills to drive insights, improve the availability and usability of those insights, streamline processes, and democratize information to impact our business. You’ll work closely with our Engineering, Product, and Ops teams to define roadmaps and contribute to the development of our financial systems. Job Description Accelerate your Career as You: • Lead process to prepare financial forecasts in partnerships with leaders across the company • Support annual operating plan cycle including target setting, guideline creation, managing calendar and milestones and producing presentations for senior leadership and board of Managers • Collaborate with leadership team to provide analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives • Partner closely with Alto’s Operations teams across Care, Fulfillment, and Delivery to proactively seek opportunities to drive operational excellence and optimize conversion costs • Partner with all members of the senior management team and other company leadership on assessing and analyzing critical business decisions • Build outstanding and effective relationships with cross-functional team • Support the development and monitoring of KPIs tied to strategic goals, as well as evaluation of team performance against these metrics. • Strict adherence to the Company’s corporate policies and all regulatory requirements A Bit About You Minimum Qualifications: • 5 or more years of corporate finance experience with demonstrated growth. • Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience working in fast-paced mid-sized companies is a plus • Prior experience partnering with operations teams as their finance business partner • Ability to develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Proven success managing budgets for major functional areas and senior leadership within an organization • Self starter with a high degree of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines • Basic Looker and SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn) • Strong track record of maintaining relationships and communicating with a wide range of partners • Ability to balance competing priorities and execute multiple overlapping deadline Additional Information Additional Physical Job Requirements Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.
