Job Description Description SAIC is seeking incumbent and external talent to support the Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Technical Assistance Program (HMTAP) Non-Architecture and Engineering (Non-A&E) contract. These positions will provide services to support the non-architectural and non-engineering (non-A&E) technical assistance Program, including but not limited to; program application review/feasibility, research, analysis, and document development services in support of FEMA's pre-disaster, disaster, and post-disaster mitigation and environmental compliance requirements. The positions are contingent upon contract award anticipated for June 2025 with a July 2025 start date. All positions must be performed in the contingent United States and will be remote. Positions will be available in the following skill areas. Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience: • Project Management • Business Analysts • Quality Assurance • AI/ ML Data Scientists • Technical Support Associates • FEMA SMEs Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: • * Some roles will require an active Secret or Top Secret clearance • Must be able to successfully obtain a DHS Public Trust Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000.
