Medical Device Promotional Review Attorney

Job Description: • Conduct legal reviews of promotional materials and activities for medical device products to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, industry standards, and company policies. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and compliance, to develop compliant and effective promotional strategies. • Provide legal guidance on advertising, labeling, and promotional activities across various media platforms, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements. • Stay informed of industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting medical device marketing and promotion. • Participate in promotional review committees, providing legal oversight and guidance on marketing initiatives and materials. • Assist in the development and delivery of internal policies and training programs related to promotional activities for medical devices. • Identify potential risks in promotional activities and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize legal exposure. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of legal experience advising the life sciences industry, with a focus on medical devices. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and commercial contracting within the med device industry. • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Active admission to practice law in your state of primary residence.
