GenAI Engineer (Full-Stack AI Systems)

About the Role We are looking for a GenAI Engineer with a strong full-stack engineering background who has transitioned into building AI-powered applications and agentic systems over the past few years. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to integrate AI deeply into enterprise-grade systems, combining expertise in backend architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern generative AI frameworks. This role focuses on building production-ready AI systems, not just experimentation. You will work across the entire stack to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that solve real business problems and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design and Deploy AI Systems • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs and modern GenAI frameworks. • Build and maintain scalable AI services, APIs, and backend systems. • Implement agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI orchestration pipelines. Full-Stack AI Integration • Integrate AI models into enterprise applications across the full technology stack. • Develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that support AI-powered features. • Work with frontend teams to enable AI-driven user experiences. Enterprise System Architecture • Architect and maintain production-ready AI infrastructure on cloud platforms. • Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI services. • Optimize system performance and AI model usage. Research and Innovation • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures. • Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and architectures to improve AI capabilities. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements. • Translate business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions. • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
