Fractional CM0/ Marketing Advisor: Palm Berries is a fast-growing premium açaí bowl and smoothie brand with multiple locations across the Southeast and an expanding franchise network. What started as a single location has grown into a brand focused on high-quality ingredients, strong community presence, and a distinct brand identity. As we continue expanding, we are looking for a Fractional CMO / Marketing Advisor to work closely with the founder and leadership team to strengthen our marketing strategy and support the next phase of growth. About The Role: This is a part-time advisory role ideal for an experienced marketing leader who enjoys working with founder-led consumer brands. You will help guide the overall marketing strategy, refine brand positioning, and build systems that support growth across multiple locations. Key Focus Areas: • Brand positioning and messaging • Marketing strategy for multi-location retail • Store launch and grand opening campaigns • Customer acquisition and retention strategies • Digital marketing performance and analytics • Franchise marketing systems and support • Building scalable marketing processes as the company grows Ideal Background: We are looking for someone who has experience building or scaling consumer-facing brands, particularly in food, beverage, hospitality, or retail. Ideal candidates may have experience as: • Chief Marketing Officer • VP of Marketing • Brand Director • Growth Marketing Leader • Advisor to consumer brands Experience with multi-unit restaurants, franchise systems, or consumer lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
