Now Hiring: Systems Automation Specialist
We’re seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Enterprise Workflow & Systems Automation Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of automated workflows. You'll support system administration across enterprise banking systems, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency during our upcoming core conversion. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation, compliance, and process improvement.

What You’ll Contribute as the Systems Automation Specialist
Workflow Design & Optimization
• Develop & deploy automated workflows using JHA Enterprise Workflow & other approved platforms.
• Map current processes, identify inefficiencies, & implement scalable automation solutions.
• Serve as the SME on workflow best practices & governance.
Core Conversion & System Administration Support
• Ensure workflow readiness & alignment during the upcoming Jack Henry & Associates core conversion.
• Support system administration tasks for enterprise banking systems, maintaining workflow integration.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs for workflow automation within the JHA ecosystem.
Training & Documentation
• Create step-by-step guides, interactive tutorials, & video walkthroughs for automated workflows.
• Draft & maintain SOPs for all automated processes, including initiation, monitoring, troubleshooting, & escalation procedures.
• Design detailed flowcharts & process maps to visually represent workflows.
• Maintain an internal knowledge base with FAQs, troubleshooting tips, & best practices.
• Deliver live or virtual training, including hands-on demos, Q&A, & scenario exercises.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, & others to ensure regulatory and business alignment.

What You’ll Leverage in this Role:
Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis acceptable.
• Familiarity with loan and deposit systems is a plus.
• Experience with SQL or related query language preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions preferred.
• Experience with Jack Henry & Associates Enterprise Workflow is a strong plus.

What to expect from your physical environment
• Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
• Occasional U.S. travel for company events or leadership sessions.
