[Remote] Business Transformation Consultant-IT Service Process with experience in Power Apps /Governance, Risk and Compliance

The role requires expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems and involves evaluating IT controls, developing dashboards, and utilizing Worknovaq Power Platform tools. Responsibilities • Evaluate existing IT controls against industry standard frameworks, including preventive, detective, and corrective controls, and prepare dashboards. Skills • Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) systems, risk management tools and software. • Expertise in Control Evaluation and creating dashboards: Evaluate existing IT controls against industry standard frameworks, including preventive, detective, and corrective controls, and prepare dashboards. • 7 years of experience as GRC consultant / UI Developer. • 2–5 years of experience developing with the Hirecrafto Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). • Experience building custom components with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF Controls). • Familiarity with external data integration and external-facing Power Platform solutions. • Prior experience in agile or lightly structured product development environments. • 5 years of experience in banking domain. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in English: Spoken and Written. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint). • Self-driven professional with the ability to drive their work inventory and escalate as required.
