Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Power BI & Snowflake - State Client exp Must

Role: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Level 3) Power BI & Snowflake Location: Remote Job Description: • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI), analytics, or data modeling roles. • 5+ years of advanced proficiency with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint. • 3+ years of strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms. • 5+ years of experience designing or supporting self-service analytics environments. • 2+ years of knowledge of enterprise information management processes and methodologies, relational database management systems, and metadata management. • 2+ years of experience working in fast-paced and ever-changing environments, delivering project outcomes within deadlines, exercising sound judgment in decision-making, and analyzing complex information to develop solutions. • 2+ years of strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, including working under pressure, negotiating among multiple stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and maintaining effective working relationships across teams. Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years of knowledge of database structures and database theories. • 2+ years of knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to data management and governance, including PII. • 2+ years of experience working on data-focused initiatives such as legacy system modernization or migration to newer platforms. • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in data processing, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
