Duties • Provide strategic oversight and governance to advance the organization’s mission and vision • Participate actively in board meetings, committees, and organizational planning sessions • Support program development efforts by offering insights on service delivery and community needs • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, partners, and funders • Assist in financial oversight by reviewing budgets, financial reports, and ensuring fiscal responsibility • Advocate for the organization’s mission within the community to raise awareness and support • Supervise organizational initiatives related to management, program management, and behavioral health services Experience • Proven management experience with a background in program development or organizational leadership • Hands-on experience working with at - risk youth and their fami • Strong relationship management skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders • Administrative experience including budgeting, policy development, or compliance oversight • Supervising experience in social work or related fields is highly desirable • Knowledge of program management principles and best practices in nonprofit settings • Familiarity with behavioral health services and social work practices enhances your impact as a board member Join us in shaping a brighter future for those we serve!
