Fully & Exclusively Remote Bilingual Spanish (English) Paralegal- Personal Injury Location - Exclusively Remote Schedule - 3-5 days per week. Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) paralegal to support our attorneys in all phases of personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys with case management from intake through resolution • Draft and file notices, discovery responses, requests for hearing, and other legal documents • Communicate with clients (in both English & Spanish), medical providers, opposing counsel, and insurers • Maintain case files and deposition calendars • Obtain records and billing statements from various medical providers • Obtain subrogation liens from group health insurance carriers and government agencies (i.e., Medicare CMS, Medicaid) • Support attorneys with hearing and trial preparation Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury and/or workers’ compensation law • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) required • Strong knowledge of Illinois legal procedures and court filings • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills • Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Smokeball) and Microsoft Office Pay: $54,080.25 - $65,128.90 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Parental leave • Work from home Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
