[Remote] Connected Benefits Technical Consultant

The Connected Benefits Technical Consultant will work independently and collaboratively to deliver innovative benefits administration consulting solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and successful client implementations. Responsibilities • Work independently on assigned clients and projects, supporting operational efficiency, and technology solutions • Lead projects of significant size and complexity from beginning to end and seamlessly work with a geographically disbursed group of colleagues passionate about revenue growth, client delivery, and retention goals • Responsible for all aspects of the client’s benefit implementation and holds all teams accountable to project plan dates, decision process and a successful implementation • Understands SaaS solutions and functional aspects of benefit administration identifying potential gaps and functional impacts to be addressed early and avoid Implementation and ongoing issues • Ensures the Aon and Benefit Administration teams are delivering outstanding service to clients and their plan participants.
