B2B Outside Sales Representative
About Us
LegalMed Virtual Urgent Care is a growing healthcare startup that partners with personal injury law firms. We provide virtual urgent care visits, lien-based evaluations, and legal nurse consulting to help attorneys streamline cases and secure faster results for their clients.
We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to help onboard law firms into our platform. This is a startup-friendly role with a guaranteed base pay plus commission for each new firm signed.
Responsibilities
Identify and contact personal injury and litigation law firms
Introduce LegalMed’s services and schedule meetings with firm partners.
Manage outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Follow up with interested firms to move them through the onboarding process.
Work approximately 8 hours per week (flexible scheduling).
Compensation
• Base Pay: $500/month (guaranteed).
• Commission: $250 for every law firm successfully onboarded (paid after firm signs and refers at least one client).
• Growth Opportunity: Commission may increase after performance milestones are reached.
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B, legal, or healthcare preferred).
• Comfortable with cold calling and professional outreach.
• Strong communication skills — confident speaking with attorneys and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
