Montessori Tutor and Grader

Job Overview We are seeking a dual language (Spanish and English), passionate and dedicated Montessori Educator to join our educational team. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering and nurturing future Montessori Teachers. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding adult learners through our online Montessori Teacher Training program. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to early childhood education while utilizing your expertise in Montessori methodology and lessons. Duties • Grade student work accurately, providing constructive feedback to support ongoing development • Develop and adapt curriculum materials that align with Montessori standards and learning technology tools • Monitor student progress through assessments, observations, and documentation, adjusting instruction as needed • Translate course work or live sessions as needed. Experience • Must be AMI or AMS certified in either 0-3 or 3-6 • Demonstrated knowledge of Montessori teaching methods and philosophy • Must be able to speak and write in both English and Spanish • Familiarity with learning technology platforms used for assessment and instruction • Background check required • Ability to work remotely (working wifi and computer required) Join us to make a meaningful impact on future Montessori leaders by combining your passion for education with your expertise in Montessori methodologies.
