Real Estate Assistant / Specialist (Clear, Low-Accented English Required) We are a real estate company operating in New Jersey, managing residential and commercial properties. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Real Estate Assistant to support our agents and real estate operations remotely. Requirements: Availability: Must be online and available for a 40-50-hour work week during US Eastern Time: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT/EST, plus one Saturday per month Course Completion: Must take and pass our 75-hour online real estate course at www.njrei.net (tuition waived) Responsiveness: Must be online during shifts and able to respond within 5 minutes Internet & Equipment: Reliable, streaming-level internet connection, working camera and microphone Communication: Clear, easily understood low-accented English required Attention to Detail: Must be organized and able to follow instructions accurately Key Responsibilities: -Conduct property searches on Zillow, Realtor.com, FSBO, MLS, and other platforms -Develop Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports -Manage inbound emails and schedule property showings -Prepare paperwork to list properties for sale/rent on MLS, Zillow, and similar sites -Research and analyze marketing campaigns -Create Excel worksheets for real estate evaluations -Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for clients and leads -Make and receive phone calls; send initial and follow-up emails -Provide status update reports to management -Draft and review leases, renewals, and related correspondence -Create weekly presentations for team meetings Preferred Qualifications: -College degree (preferred but not required) -Prior experience in real estate or related field Important Notes: -Camera and microphone are mandatory for communication and meetings -Applicants must submit a Loom video introducing themselves, describing their skills, and any real estate experience -Applications without a voice/video sample will NOT be considered To apply, please submit your CV along with your Loom video.
