Corporate, M&A and Securities Associate
A leading law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with experience across mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and securities work to join its growing transactional practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior attorneys on sophisticated transactions for public and private companies across a range of industries.
Responsibilities
• Support buy side and sell side M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary transaction documents
• Assist with legal due diligence, transaction management, and closings
• Advise clients on general corporate matters, entity formation, and corporate governance
• Support securities offerings and compliance matters, including private placements and public company reporting
• Work directly with clients alongside senior attorneys throughout all stages of transactions
Qualifications
• Two to six years of experience practicing corporate law
• Meaningful exposure to mergers and acquisitions and securities matters
• Prior law firm experience required
• Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
• Collaborative, client‑focused approach with interest in long‑term practice growth
