RAIN is a thriving digital marketing agency primarily serving the financial industry. We are building a world-class team with one goal: to drive traffic to our clients’ website landing pages and convert it.
We need someone to design optimized landing pages to pair with our advertising campaigns. You’ll do this by utilizing a cross-functional knowledge set including UI/UX design, SEO, and basic HTML/CSS working with CMS platforms. When ready, you’ll present your recommendations to our sales team, who ultimately, will present it to our clients.
We’ll also lean on you for related responsibilities, such as UX/UI design work on our company website (Webflow) and our proprietary internal campaign management software.
In this role, you will be an independent contributor with the freedom to collaborate as needed with our sales, fulfillment, development, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design responsive landing pages that: (a) will optimize conversions from ad traffic arriving at the page, (b) align with client branding and banking compliance, and (c) which are ultimately implementable when considering the restrictions of a given client’s CMS platform.
• Present your expert recommendations professionally and persuasively to clients
• Collaborate with our sales, fulfillment, and creative teams to fully understand campaigns and context for application
• Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, SEO recommendations, advertising best practices, and related emerging technologies.
• Utilize and explore emerging AI technologies to streamline and improve workflows.
• Provide UX/UI design work for our company website and internal, proprietary campaign management software as needed
• Other duties as our company, and your role in it, inevitably grows.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with the UX process, with particular emphasis on UI and visual design.
• Strong ability to professionally and effectively articulate these concepts with our clients
• Experience working with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
It’d be nice if you had:
• Working HTML/CSS knowledge
• Functional understanding of SEO concepts
• Experience working with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• General understanding of finance industry products (Most of our clients are regional banks and credit unions)
• General understanding of marketing and advertising principles, especially on digital marketing campaigns
