Responsibilities • Handle complex employment litigation cases • Develop case strategies in collaboration with firm leadership • Mentor and guide junior attorneys • Manage cases with increasing autonomy • Participate in the growth and development of the firm • Provide clear and effective client communication • Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions Requirements • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing • 4–7 years of employment law experience, particularly in litigation • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills • Ability to handle multiple cases while staying organized • Proficient in client communication and building trust • Solutions-driven mindset with a passion for employee advocacy Benefits • Salary Range: $175,000 - $300,000 • Bonuses and commissions available • Paid time off and sick leave • Insurance costs covered by the firm for employees • Participation in a profit-sharing plan • Potential for partnership opportunities Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
