Responsibilities
• Support CRM initiatives, including opportunity tracking and pipeline management within the Salesforce.com instance.
• Create repeatable, insightful reports that highlight business trends, opportunities, and KPI performance.
• Analyze sales, orders, margin, forecasts, and backlog data to identify root causes and inform business decisions.
• Assist with sales pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and follow-up on critical actions.
• Design and maintain dashboards for Sales, Product Management, and Executive Leadership.
• Provide training and ongoing support for reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support cross-functional teams in Sales, Finance, and Product Management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in analytics, sales operations, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to translate business questions into actionable analytical solutions.
• Knowledge of data visualization principles and dashboard design.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
