Real Estate Broker Assistant - Experience Required

• **DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE*** Smartland is seeking an experienced Broker Assistant to manage and coordinate real estate transactions from client contact to closing. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in a dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities: • Manage real estate transactions, ensuring documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. -Coordinate with title companies, lenders, appraisers, and inspectors to keep deals on track. -Process transactions in Dotloop and manage listings in MLS systems. -Maintain client records, transaction details, and checklists in CRM and management systems. -Handle property showings, marketing tasks, and assist agents with transaction coordination. -Monitor schedules, manage emails, and provide timely responses using Google Calendar and Workspace. -Ensure compliance by submitting all required documentation for broker approval. -Stay up to date with real estate laws, contracts, and disclosure requirements, ensuring all transactions comply with zoning laws, fair housing regulations, and escrow processes.
