**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and address their concerns

**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

* Ability to multitask, working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in computer usage, including data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers
* Ability to adapt to change, with a willingness to learn and grow with the business
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
* Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
* High school graduate or equivalent experience
* Willingness and ability to pass a background check
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure that you can work effectively from home, you'll need:
* A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor and minimal distractions
* A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
