**Job Summary**
As a Remote Inbound Benefit Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and answering general questions in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. This is a full-time, remote position, and you'll be required to provide your own equipment for the first three weeks of training.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Verify customer eligibility and answer general questions in a timely and professional manner
* Reset passwords and upload documents as needed
* Assist with creating accounts and resolving issues related to account setup
* Engage with customers over the phone and respond to online chat inquiries in a friendly and professional tone
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions to the best of your ability
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
* Must be able to provide your own computer/laptop with a working camera for the first three weeks of training
* Must be available to work any 8-hour shift within the designated time frame (Monday to Friday, 7:45am-8:15pm EST, and Saturdays, 8am-1pm)
* Must not have any requested time off during the three weeks of training
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process and resolve customer issues

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on inbound support
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
* Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
