Your primary focus will be to provide quality service, resolve customer issues, and ensure their satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. - Prioritize and resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed. - Enter orders and rework orders, ensuring accurate and efficient processing. - Answer optical-related technical questions, providing expert knowledge and support to customers. - Manage customer late lists, moving late jobs through the lab and communicating with customers. - Perform other duties within the customer service department or other areas as assigned. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies, rules, and safety practices. **Essential Qualifications** - High School education or equivalent preferred. - At least 1 year of previous related experience and/or training required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize. - Familiarity with electronic communication methods, such as email, instant messaging, and chat services. - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. - Ability to write short correspondence and communicate effectively in a team environment. - Basic math skills, including the ability to add and subtract, and understand decimal numerical sequencing. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word. - Knowledge of Google Suite of web-based applications. - Ability to type 10-key with high accuracy. - Experience with troubleshooting and technical support. **Technical and Internet Specifications (Remote Agents Only)** - Home router with wired link to PC (provided by arenaflex). - Business-level internet (provided by arenaflex). - Wired headset (provided by arenaflex). - Monitor (provided by arenaflex). **Work Environment** - Fast-paced, office environment. - Regularly work with others. - The noise level in the office is generally quiet. **Safety and Ergonomic Requirements** - Must practice safe work practices at all times and report any unsafe conditions immediately. - Required to wear the appropriate PPE while in the laboratory, including but not limited to safety eyewear and enclosed shoes. - Attend and participate in all required safety training. - Participate in daily ergonomic stretches and follow all ergonomic requirements of the position. - Follow all personal dress requirements according to the established dress code and safety requirements. **Compensation and Benefits** - Competitive hourly rate: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour. - Health insurance. - Day shift schedule. - Remote work opportunity with a flexible schedule. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with arenaflex.
