Your primary duties and responsibilities will include: * Being highly productive and meeting outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs * Utilizing telephones, email, chat, and text communication with customers * Providing timely and professional responses to all written communication * Properly utilizing CRM systems for technical inquiries and follow-up for customer resolution * Following policies and procedures regarding escalations * Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions * Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content * Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry * Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals **Requirements** To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers * Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivation and a strong work ethic * Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems * Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues **Training and Development** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
