We are constantly seeking talented individuals who share our vision and values to join our team and contribute to our success. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Manager of Customer Data Analytics to lead our customer services division in developing and executing a global data strategy that drives customer interaction support, customer segmentation, personalization, and overall customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a world-class digital analytics strategy, managing and mentoring a team of digital data professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success. **Responsibilities** As a Manager of Customer Data Analytics, your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and executing a world-class digital analytics strategy that drives business success * Managing and mentoring a team of digital data professionals, fostering a culture of thought leadership and actionable insights * Leading the team in the collection, analysis, and visualization of digital data from multiple sources * Developing actionable insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness and revenue of digital products * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to stakeholders have critical data streams * Creating and maintaining best-in-class balanced dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance * Conducting statistical and quantitative analysis, including predictive modeling to drive decision making * Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports * Staying updated on the latest analytics tools, trends, and technologies and pushing to continuously improve processes * Exploring machine learning models to solve critical business problems and optimize processes * Performing other duties as assigned **Key Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team of data professionals * Proficiency in analytics tools like SQL, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Python, Databricks, and Amplitude * Advanced quantitative and statistical skills with experience in conducting statistical and quantitative analysis * Superior problem-solving skills as well as the ability to act on ideas autonomously * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels * Prior experience leading an insights and analytics team * Experience with machine learning and AI tools * Advanced modeling skills * Experience automating manual data processes * Strong organization and documentation skills * Growth and innovation focused for continuous improvement **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, finance, statistics, engineering or related quantitative discipline * Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, computer modeling or simulation, and professional planning * More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
