The role involves evaluating visual quality and aesthetics, providing feedback on AI-generated imagery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities • Create original, engaging content aligned with project goals and audience expectations • Evaluate image quality, aesthetics, composition, lighting, and visual coherence • Perform side-by-side model comparisons and rank visual outputs for clarity and effectiveness • Critique AI-generated imagery and provide clear, constructive improvement feedback • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using remote tools to align workflows and objectives • Maintain organized documentation of evaluations, decisions, and quality standards Skills • Proven experience in content creation with a strong written and/or visual portfolio • Strong eye for visual aesthetics, image quality assessment, and content critique • Experience with photography, visual arts, or digital media design principles • Ability to assess and compare AI-generated imagery critically • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
