Mountain or Pacific Time Zone ADP Payroll Administrator

This opportunity is for a remote ADP Workforce Now Payroll Administrator who is currently living in the Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, South Dakota, Wyoming or Utah (i.e. Parts of PST and All of MST Time zones). Corban OneSource is a mid-market HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) company and is experiencing tremendous growth. No matter what the economy is doing, we are stable and growing. Your managers and your work colleagues do care about you. We are locally owned, yet have clients all over the US with an average size client having 750+ employees. In this role, you will be part of our very experienced payroll team providing primary support to assigned clients in the Mountain/Pacific time zones and fully running their payrolls. The pay frequencies could vary depending on the client (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly) and their are long term relationships with all clients as our average client contract is 3 years. Each Payroll Administrator will run 1 to 4 clients payrolls depending on size and complexity. This Full Time position focuses on white glove customer support and accurate payrolls. We are seeking team members with the following experience, skills and education: • Someone who exercises good judgement • Someone who is nice and likes working with a great team • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in payroll preferably working with ADP Workforce Now • Ability to Multi-task • Coordination of payroll variables with Corban OneSource Benefits Administration team • Experience in data entry and problem solving • Demonstrated ability to prioritize a varied workload • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications with advanced skills in Excel There is no better time to join our team as we continue to grow!
