Freelance E-Learning Developer (Articulate Rise)

Description: We are seeking a project-based Freelance E-Learning Developer to design and build a self-paced e-learning course titled 'BD Excellence Mindset for GBS' using Articulate Rise. The course will be a mandatory foundational learning (15–20 minutes) focused on building awareness, mindset, and behaviors aligned to BD Excellence within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment. The freelancer will work closely with internal stakeholders and follow provided content, objectives, and branding guidelines to deliver an engaging, learner-centric experience. Key Responsibilities: Instructional Design & Content Development: Translate provided source material into a clear learning flow and storyboard. Apply adult learning principles, microlearning, and scenario-based learning. Design immersive storytelling, real-world examples, and reflective challenges. E-Learning Development (Articulate Rise): Develop the full course using Articulate Rise. Build interactive elements such as knowledge checks, scenarios, and call-to-action sections. Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly design and clean visual layout. Review & Finalization: Incorporate stakeholder feedback and complete agreed revision rounds. Deliver final Rise course and SCORM package (if required). Required Qualifications: • Proven experience developing e-learning using Articulate Rise. • Strong instructional design capability (not just technical development). • Experience designing corporate or professional learning content. • Ability to simplify conceptual content into engaging learner experiences. • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines. Nice to Have: • Experience with Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or mindset-based learning. • Familiarity with Global Business Services or Shared Services environments.
