We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Licensing Manager to help establish MAGMETA’s early institutional licensing pipeline.
This role focuses on identifying and developing relationships with organizations that could adopt MAGMETA’s preservation and authentication methodologies through structured licensing agreements.

Role Overview
The Strategic Partnerships & Licensing Manager will work directly with the CEO to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential licensing partners. This role sits at the intersection of business development, technology licensing, and institutional outreach.
The position is responsible for building and managing the early partnership pipeline that supports MAGMETA’s licensing model.
Legal agreement drafting and negotiation will be handled by outside licensing counsel; this role focuses on partnership development and deal origination.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
• Identify institutions and organizations aligned with MAGMETA’s licensing model.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with prospective partners across relevant sectors.
• Develop outreach strategies and engagement pathways for institutional adoption.
Licensing Pipeline Management
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective licensing partners.
• Support exploratory discussions regarding adoption of MAGMETA methods and systems.
• Coordinate internal evaluation of partnership opportunities.
Commercial Structuring
• Assist in outlining high-level licensing frameworks and commercial models.
• Work with leadership to define partner categories and licensing tiers.
Coordination with Legal Counsel
• Prepare partnership discussions for transition to licensing counsel.
• Support negotiation preparation and internal documentation.
Market Intelligence
• Monitor emerging markets and institutions where preservation, authentication, and chain-of-custody systems are relevant.
• Provide strategic insights that inform licensing priorities.
