What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deliver live and virtual product training sessions, continuing education events, and microlearning modules
- Provide on-site and remote coaching and mentoring to Hearing Care Practitioners and field teams
- Act as a key resource for product features and fitting software, escalating feedback to relevant teams
- Create and manage training assets, including slide decks, facilitator guides, and video content
- Track training participation and outcomes, producing post-event reports with actionable recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Audiology, Au.D., or equivalent clinical education with extensive clinical experience in hearing instrument dispensing and fitting
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on dispensing and practitioner-facing training experience
- Demonstrated public speaking and facilitation experience with live and virtual audiences
- Proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and LMS platforms
- Comfortable with travel up to 60%, including occasional weekends or international events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools and modern authoring tools like Articulate and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience analyzing learning data and applying metrics to improve training outcomes
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning design
- Strong storytelling and presentation abilities
