Remote Legal Assistant / Intake Specialist - NEEDED FOR HIRE
A Los Angeles based Real Estate law firm is looking for a remote Intake specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office and effective Intake management by providing client services under the supervision of an attorney. This is a greatly opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on meaningful cases that impact real people and businesses.
Responsibilities
• Interview clients and gather information and documents
• Take detailed notes of the information provided by clients
• Maintain and update files accordingly
• Submit 10 or more intake forms per day
• Track and monitor cases that referred out to other firms
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1+ years of experience working with a US based Law Firm as an Intake Specialist
• Strong knowledge of US and California Real Estate Law is required.
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
