Graphic Designer / Illustrator Location: Remote or Hybrid Job Type: Full-Time / Contract (Flexible Based on Experience) About Us We are a growing real estate development and hospitality group operating across residential communities, restaurants, cafés, and boutique hotels. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a Graphic Designer / Illustrator who can help shape and maintain cohesive visual identities across multiple brands and projects. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys working across lifestyle, hospitality, and development-driven brands while maintaining strong organizational discipline and design consistency. Key Responsibilities Brand Development & Guidelines • Develop comprehensive brand guidelines for new and existing projects • Define typography, color palettes, logo usage, tone, and visual direction • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials Social Media & Digital Content • Design engaging social media posts, carousels, and short-form video graphics • Assist in creating and editing reels aligned with brand messaging • Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain a cohesive digital presence • Design paid ad creatives and promotional campaign materials Marketing Collateral • Create brochures, pamphlets, pitch decks, and presentation materials • Design residential development marketing packages • Produce menus, event materials, and hospitality collateral • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when needed Illustration & Creative Direction • Develop custom illustrations or visual elements when appropriate • Create visual storytelling assets that elevate hospitality and lifestyle brands • Contribute creative ideas for project launches and new concept rollouts Qualifications • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, and print work • Experience creating brand guidelines from concept to execution • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) • Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar platforms is a plus • Basic video editing skills for reels preferred • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.87 - $29.95 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
