Senior Manager, Strategic Operations

About the position As the Senior Manager of Strategic Operations, you will design and manage the systems that ensure CoreWeave operates with alignment, visibility, and executional discipline. You will partner directly with the CMO to build the frameworks, cadences, and workflows that ensure priorities are clear and teams move in sync. Day-to-day, you'll create cross-functional operating rhythms, manage complex strategic programs, and develop tools and dashboards that surface the right information at the right time. You will lead high-impact initiatives while shaping how the business plans, communicates, and executes at scale. Responsibilities • Design and manage the systems that ensure CoreWeave operates with alignment, visibility, and executional discipline. • Partner directly with the CMO to build the frameworks, cadences, and workflows that ensure priorities are clear and teams move in sync. • Create cross-functional operating rhythms • Manage complex strategic programs • Develop tools and dashboards that surface the right information at the right time. • Lead high-impact initiatives while shaping how the business plans, communicates, and executes at scale.
