Lets transform what's next together. Job Description: Experience in Sap Commerce/Adobe Commerce/Big Commerce/Shopify. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and gather requirements. Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases. Support Agile/Scrum teams through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification. Manage and track requirements, tasks, and progress using JIRA and Confluence. Ensure proper Jira workflow management, including issue creation, prioritization, and status tracking. Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions. Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation of business requirements. Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
