[Remote] Trademark Attorney (part time for top law firm)

Tower Legal Solutions is a top law firm seeking an experienced Senior Trademark Prosecution Attorney to join their team on a part-time contract basis. This role will focus on managing trademark prosecution matters and supporting the intellectual property portfolio, offering a steady workload without requiring full-time hours.
Responsibilities
• Handle U.S. trademark prosecution, including clearance, filing, and maintenance
• Draft and review trademark-related documents and correspondence
• Advise on trademark strategy and portfolio management
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel as needed
Skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of trademark prosecution experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. trademark laws and USPTO procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Prior experience as a U.S. Patent & Trademark Office examining attorney strongly preferred
• Hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in-office preferred
