Requirements
• 2-3 years of commercial mortgage origination experience
• Established borrower and referral network
• Proven annual production of $25M+
• Ability to structure and close transactions across various CRE asset types
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment
