Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Chat Support Specialist to provide top‑tier, real‑time assistance to our members across the United States. Key Responsibilities

  • Live Chat Assistance: Respond promptly to inbound chat inquiries, addressing questions about coverage, claims, eligibility, and plan details with professionalism and empathy.
  • Accurate Information Delivery: Provide clear, concise explanations of insurance products, benefits, and policies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Guide members through the use of arenaflex’s online tools, portals, and mobile applications, resolving any technical hiccups they encounter.
  • Collaboration & Escalation: Work closely with internal subject‑matter experts, tier‑2 support, and the compliance team to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Documentation & Data Integrity: Capture detailed interaction logs in the CRM, maintain accurate records of outcomes, and follow data‑security protocols consistently.
  • Policy Adherence: Observe all arenaflex policies regarding confidentiality, privacy, and data protection, especially those related to HIPAA and other health‑care regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on recurring member concerns and suggest enhancements to chat scripts, knowledge bases, and self‑service resources.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer‑service or support role that involved real‑time digital communication (chat, messaging, or live‑help).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional post‑secondary education in health administration, communication, or a related field is a plus.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and clarity.
