HEDIS Medical Record Collector - Remote
Chance to act as a subject matter expert in medical record collection Engage in meaningful work that contributes to quality improvement initiatives What to Expect Organize provider outreach and the collection of medical records for HEDIS audits Act as a subject matter expert in project management and medical record collection Coordinate and prepare the medical record collection process, including various outreach methods Participate in vendor meetings and provide feedback on the medical record collection process Assist with physician and member interventions related to quality improvement efforts Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of medical record collection experience Basic knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA Preferred Qualifications 3 years of HEDIS data collection experience Certification as a Medical Record Technician #Central to our mission is our partnership with companies that share this commitment.
