Cost Accounting Consultant - Nulogy (ERP) Support

About This Role RGP is seeking a remote Accounting Consultant with Nulogy experience to support a manufacturing organization following a recent acquisition and ERP go-live. This consultant will play a key role in stabilizing accounting processes, cleaning up historical reconciliations, and improving the flow of transactions between Nulogy and QuickBooks. The ideal consultant will bring a strong accounting foundation, along with experience supporting cost accounting and inventory accounting in a manufacturing environment. Pay Range: $60/hr-$75/hr What You Will Work On • Clean up historical accounting reconciliations and establish a sustainable process to maintain reconciliations moving forward • Support cost accounting and inventory accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency of inventory-related transactions • Investigate and resolve transaction flow issues between Nulogy and QuickBooks, including reconciliations that are not properly transacting between systems • Identify root causes of process and system issues post go-live and partner with internal teams to drive resolution • Support improvements to workflow and system adoption within Nulogy • Provide hands-on support and guidance to end users to improve understanding and utilization of Nulogy • Document findings, recommend process improvements, and support stabilization efforts as the organization prepares for a future migration to Oracle "EVO" What You Will Bring • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Strong accounting foundation with proven experience in reconciliations, cleanup work, and process stabilization • Demonstrated experience in cost accounting and inventory accounting/management, ideally within a manufacturing environment • Hands-on experience supporting Nulogy, including understanding how Nulogy transactions flow into downstream accounting systems • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, including supporting accounting processes and reconciliations within the system • Ability to work through ambiguity, troubleshoot issues, and implement practical solutions in a post go-live environment • Strong attention to detail, strong follow-through, and comfort operating hands-on • Clear communication skills and ability to partner across Accounting, Operations, and Systems teams What You Can Expect • An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart. • Compensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors. • Total Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).
