Job Title: Azure Infra Support Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Description: The Senior Infrastructure Performance Consultant is a customer-facing technical consultant responsible for diagnosing, optimizing, and future-proofing Interaction deployments in complex enterprise environments. This role provides both reactive performance troubleshooting consultancy and proactive infrastructure optimization services to ensure customers achieve scalable, stable, and high-performing Interaction environments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise • Strong knowledge of Azure, AD/Entra ID, reverse proxies, WAF, load balancing, IIS, SQL performance, networking, and HA/DR. • Desirable: API gateways, enterprise performance tuning, monitoring tools. Professional Experience: • 8+ years in Infrastructure Architecture, Systems Engineering, Performance Engineering, Consulting, or L3/L4 support. • Experience in customer-facing consulting and enterprise IT. Consulting Skills • Strong troubleshooting methodology, communication skills, documentation ability, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reactive Performance Consultancy • Investigate complex performance issues across application servers, SQL, authentication, network, proxies, WAF, API routing, and load balancing. • Deliver RCA reports and prioritized remediation plans. • Partner with Support for escalations. 2. Proactive Infrastructure Optimization • Deliver packaged services: Health Checks, Architecture Reviews, Performance Assessments, Capacity Planning. • Develop checklists, benchmarks, and advisory reports. • Present findings to customer technical leadership. 3. Architecture Advisory & Best Practices • Define validated deployment patterns for enterprise environments. • Advise on scaling, HA/DR, authentication, API routing, WAF tuning, and segmentation. • Document recurring issues and create guidance assets. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with PS, Support, Product, PMs, and Customer Success for smooth handoffs and risk identification. • Provide feedback into the product roadmap. 5. Practice Development & Commercial Impact • Contribute to building the Infrastructure Performance practice. • Support SOW creation, pricing, templates, and pre sales for complex engagements.
